Saucy Tamales

OK so this might be a complete shot in the dark but here goes. When I used to work for MetroLift, a co-worker Ms April (RIH) used to place tamale orders for the office from someone that made the best tamales I’ve ever had in my life! Like the title says, they were “saucy” is the best way I can describe it, not dry like I’ve seen them everywhere else. My favorite was spicy chicken and spinach 😩. The only clue I have was the order had to be placed by phone or fax?? It wasn’t a restaurant, I believe it was a caterer. And he was a Black man. Does anyone know who he might be and if he still does tamales??
