Same day clinics recommendation?

Just moved to West Houston from Austin.

I am looking into where I should go in case of non-emergency illness? Preferably same day clinic at a decent hospital/medical chain, where they can do some basic labs and have real doctors on staff.

Methodist appears to offer same day appointments at first glance, but their website doesn’t show any availability.

Memorial Hermann’s convenient care locations appears to charge ER rates, based on poor google review.

Kelsey-Seybold? I am not familiar with them at all.

We loved the Austin Regional Clinics, where their regular primary care physicians picks up extra shifts to do 5-8pm after hours same day illness appointments. It functions as an urgent care, but the doctors are much more competent than a stand-alone.

Would love to have similar options!
