Sam Moon Group to launch multifamily phase of Metropark Square mixed-use development

The next phase of Metropark Square, a mixed-use development in Shenandoah north of Houston, is expected to get underway later this year.

Dallas-based retailer and developer Sam Moon Group expects to begin construction on The Residences at Metropark in the third quarter, Community Impact reports.
