Sales tax difference within Houston?

I was buying a $50 product on Amazon and i noticed change in sales tax amount. When i select a Webster address, i pay a dollar more than a Rosenberg address. Product cost is $49.48 before tax.

I thought 8.25% is only sales tax rate in all of texas. Why the difference?
