My wife and her family are niner fans. I watch their games because of it. Even with injuries to his starters he's managed to have a top 5 defense because he knows how to use the players he has. This is huge when it comes to a coach. You don't need all the big name talents. You don't look for guys that fit your scheme. You change the scheme based on what you have and this guy does just that. With Watson advocating for tim Kelly he would be THE guy to be our HC. Watson and Kelly can run the offense and let Saleh run the defense how he sees fit. We spent too much time focusing on our offense when our defense has been neglected. Texans have been competitive in the past because of our defense and BoB neglecting it has made us mediocre at best. Defense wins championships and Saleh would be the best bet to get us competitive while DW4 is under center.
