Sale of San Antonio’s The Rim marks largest such deal in U.S. this year, JLL says
A North Carolina firm’s acquisition of The Rim in San Antonio was the largest trade of an open-air shopping center in square footage in the U.S. this year so far, according to JLL. And the deal has some Houston ties.
