Safety of neighborhoods

Anyone have any insight on the neighborhoods RIGHT after 288? Not deep east but literally the first two or three blocks? Such as Yellowstone Blvd, Alice st, or peerless st? Near Old Spanish Trail and 288? I am moving soon and would love to know more info.
