Safe places to stay in Houston for Kendrick concert?

Like title says. I’ll be there in April with a pregnant woman. We don’t plan to do anything but Uber (or something similar) to the stadium and back to the hotel. What’s the safest and most convenient areas/hotels to stay? Much appreciated
