Running trails in Northwest Houston or nearby

I'll be visting Houston for the first time in a couple of weeks. Just like the Katy Trail in Dallas, are there any running trails similar to that around the Northwest Houston area (Cypress, Tomball, etc) or anything nearby? Preferably paved surfaces.
