Running Tracks in EADO/Eastwood

Runner here looking for open the public 400 m tracks on the east side of town. I will always use it pretty early in the morning (between 5-7 am).

SF Austin HS is currently redoing their track, but that's close to where I live for reference. I have seen this post but hoping for things closer to me. I appreciate any recommendations!
