Running Tracks?

Been wanting to get back into running but i dont wanna do Treadmill and was wondering if anyone knew of any Schools or places that have an open track that the public would be able to run on. Im able to do a couple miles in the morning or afterwork so id be looking fot something in the northside of town (Spring Area) or by my job (Missouri City Area) please let me know.
