Runners of Houston! I know we have the Houston Marathon weekend run events, but what are some of the other fun event runs and races (5k, 10k, etc) around the area?

I have recently gotten into running (kind of. I started running to try and lose weight, but now i just like the activity itself and the running community I have met is very nice and accepting of me despite being slow) I did the We Are Houston 5k and Rodeo Run 5k and just want to find out more
