Rough idea of wait time for COH permit for torn down electrical box?

Power pole fell and messed up electrical box/meter/riser. Centerpoint is telling me I need a permit to officially reconnect them to the powerline. Anyone have any experience in the past few days with permits to reconnect? Want to help my tenants understand how much longer they might have to wait if one is needed.
