Roster into next year

I know there’s been a lot more draft talk on this subreddit and because we have the worst record in the league it’s obvious we have a lot of holes. What I’m wondering is what are our biggest needs are all over the roster? Is every position a rebuild or are there some bright spots that might be flying under the radar. Curious y’all’s thoughts. FTC
