My picks are Whitley, Sousa and Blanco. Dana spent a lot of time talking about Whitley today. Seems like he is challenging him to fill the Stanek role in the pen. Sousa looked really good in limited time. Might be crazy to count on him but I think he will get every opportunity in spring training to make the roster as our lefty reliever. Blanco is meh. I’d feel better if we pursued a higher leverage guy like Jordan Hicks (new rumors suggest we’re interested) but I feel Dana is going to wait until the money dries up around the league and look for value later in the winter.
