Roostar Vietnamese Grill in Spring Branch adding commissary kitchen for delivery orders

Weeks after announcing a new East End location, popular restaurant Roostar Vietnamese Grill has a new project in the works: a commissary kitchen to fulfill the deluge of delivery, takeout and catering orders it has received throughout Covid-19.
