Roof Repairs

Hey! I have one of these aluminum/ metal 3-story townhomes and came home after a few months to notice damage at the roof and after today’s rain, obvious water in my walls.

I’ve already reached out to the builder (they’ve been helpful on other issues) and reading up on my insurance, but has anyone had this issue? If so, can you drop the company you used. Thanks!
