[Rome] The Astros will play their first B game of camp on Friday against the Cardinals in West Palm Beach, Dusty Baker said. There’s a regularly scheduled Grapefruit League game in Jupiter between the Astros and Marlins earlier that day. B game will go on the back fields in WPB.
