Romantic day for Fiancé

So I’m moving from San Antonio to Beaumont. My fiancé bday is in May so I’m trying to plan ahead. I want to plan a romantic day in Houston. Can y’all provide some suggestions and recommendations. Restaurants, hotels, Spas. She is really into seafood but steakhouses are an option too.
