Roegels Barbecue Co. opens Katy location
The menu features smoked sausage, pork ribs, whole barbecue chicken, smoked pork belly and beef ribs as well as sides of potato salad, collard greens, loaded mashed potatoes, creamy coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese.
