Rodeo Houston names winners of 2020 World’s Champion Bar-B-Que contest, wine auction

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s 2020 season kicked into high gear this weekend with the 2020 World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest among other events.

More than 250 barbecue teams competed in the contest, held Feb. 27 – 29. This year’s contest also included a Jr. Cook-off for the first time. More than 20 participants from ages 8 to 14 years old were each given a steak to prepare.
