Rocky Horror Show @ Jones Hall Last Night

Hello all, I'm looking to see if any redditors here went to the Rocky show @ Jones Hall last night.

My partner and I went last night, we both know that the screaming of phrases is totally normal during rocky, we expected it. Once seated, we quickly realized we were sitting a few rows in front of a particularly LOUD person screaming phrases. We ended up moving because it was actually a bit disorienting hearing them scream so loud. We moved down to a different seat, and this person was even closer, being directly behind us, and she was blood curdlingly screaming phrases even louder. I actually thought I was going to vomit, it was such a sensory overload having somebody yelling that loud right behind me.

We then realized why the 2 rows directly front of that person were almost empty.

Anyways, my partner and I were curious to those that also went to the show if you thought it was also a bit abhorrent how loud people were being? Or if we've just become old ladies and it's not really our thing anymore?

I used to go to rocky when it showed at River Oaks theatre and that was always a better experience. I don't recall people screaming as loud.
