Robocalls increasing?

Is everyone experiencing an increase in spam calls lately? I get so many calls a day I have taken to unplugging my phone. I'm getting multiple calls a day from what my caller id shows as Pinehurst, TX. I have the number blocked but that doesn't stop them from trying.
