ROBBERY at Buffalo Speedway Kroger (Blue Camry) around 10:15-10:30AM TODAY (1/16/2021)

TLDR: if you have photos or videos of a robbery of a blue Toyota Camry today at the Buffalo speedway kroger, please let me know.

Today at around 10:00AM my aunt and cousin went to a chase bank (3203 southwest FWY) and got a couple hundred dollars in quarters then immediately drove 0.2 miles to the the Buffalo speedway Kroger. The were in kroger for about 5 minutes (definitely less than 10 min) and when they came out they realized someone had broken into their car.

The passenger side window was smashed and the surrounding area was extremely damaged (over $2000 in repairs needed). All the coins were stolen but nothing else was taken (including very expensive dashcam).

My aunt and cousin immediately called the cops and several people came up to them and told them they witnessed the whole thing.

One of the witnesses was able to tell them that he saw 2 male suspects and 2 cars. He also got the license plate of one car. However, the police warned that the car(s) might be stolen which could lead to a dead end.

I’m extremely thankful my aunt and cousin weren’t hurt and the robbers didn’t confront them in person. I’m also thankful the witnesses stayed and gave their testimonies.

However, no one took pictures or recorded the robbery. The police only checked Kroger’s surveillance and informed us that there was nothing useful in the footage. They didn’t check the surrounding surveillance.
