Roasted Corn in Houston

In 2019 we could visit several locations for roasted corn sold in trailers. Our closest was at Fiesta at Bellaire Blvd and Hillcroft. Since Covid, been unable to locate a single vendor. These roasted corn were so good, any chance of location today?
