Road Trip Rece

I’m going to be on a long road trip from Oklahoma to HTX in a coupe of days. Anything in particular worth stopping for & checking out? I’ve done this drive so many times that I was thinking of trying to see if I’ve ever missed anything. I was also going to check out the Texas Monthly BBQ trail.
