Road Rage – just why?

I think the Range Rover paused at a green light to record, which caused the truck to run into ONCOMING TRAFFIC. This is one of the busiest intersections during peak traffic. I hope the Range Rover sees this (Texas 99 Frontage Rd x 2920)
