Rice villaging parking citation

Got cited for a payment violation for $20 when I was just picking up an order to go from a restaurant within the 10 minutes I was there… My phone was dead so couldnt use the pay to park and thought it wasnt going to be a big deal for that short time. Have any of yall ignored it/disputed and if you didn't pay, what happened? There isn't an explicit warning on the ticket that says "towing, debt collector, etc.", but idk super bummed i dont got the money lol… 😅
