Rice Acquisition Corp. II plans $1.4B merger with Net Power

The original Rice Acquisition Corp. took Archaea Energy Inc. (NYSE: LFG) public in September 2021. Now, Rice Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: RONI) plans to combine with Net Power, a North Carolina-based company that developed a specialized natural gas power plant demonstration project in La Porte.
