Reynolds and Reynolds

I wanted to share my experience on the hiring process at Reynolds and Reynolds. I originally took an IQ test and a personality assessment that I passed. I then got invited to a zoom with a recruiter that went really well. Then I had an interview in person with the department head and the director. During my interview, they told me that they preferred someone who works at the company already because it would make the job easier lol. A complete waste of time, I’m not sure why they even interviewed me
