Restaurants that accept lunch reservations?

I can't believe how hard this is but it seems that since COVID, tons of places are either no longer open for lunch, have limited hours, or don't accept reservations.

Do y'all have recommendations for places nearish Montrose that are open for lunch and accept reservations for a party of about ten people? Price is not a concern as it will be a business lunch. We also do not need a private room.
