Restaurant suggestions for bday

Hey guys, I’m trying to find a nice restaurant to take my girlfriend out to dinner on her bday. My budget is around $100-150. I was originally looking at Makiin but I wasn’t really sure about how the restaurant actually looks at night and how good the food really is. Please give me suggestions!!!
