Restaurant suggestion by IAH? (I’m a new resident)

Hope this is allowed here! I’m new to Houston area (I actually live in a suburb outside the city) and have a friend flying in tomorrow. Any suggestions for a really good restaurant to get lunch as soon as she gets in? Doesn’t have to be RIGHT by it but honestly, since I’m new to Houston in general I’m completely overwhelmed with everything and don’t know the city well at all! Googling just yields so many results so I thought maybe longtime locals would know of some good places. Thanks so much for your time.
