Restaurant roundup: New Orleans brewery sets Houston opening date; Local burger chain closes all but one location

Two drink-makers are opening in February, and three restaurants are closing — one temporarily — in this week’s restaurant roundup. 

New Orleans-based Urban South Brewery will open Feb. 29 at 1201 Oliver St.
