Restaurant Roundup: Mandito’s Tex-Mex opens in Katy; Federal American Grill to make downtown Houston debut (PHOTOS)

In this week’s Restaurant Roundup, several previously announced restaurant locations recently opened around the Houston area, and another has set an opening date. It’s a nice change of pace from late January, when news of several closures broke back to back.
