Restaurant Recommendations After Courthouse Elopement

Hey yall! I’m looking for recommendations for restaurants that would be good for an after courthouse elopement in Houston. The elopement will be at the Municipal Courthouse on a Wednesday afternoon. Preferably one with the ability to seat a 10 person party, private rooms or a room out of the general seating area would be nice. Open to all food options. Good views of the city, or waterfront, or, rustic, or garden vibes would be great!
