Restaurant recommendations

Hi I’m looking for a moody,dimly lit restaurant to have a formal dinner party. Somewhere that gives that sort of speakeasy,Gatsby type of feel. I’d preferably like a place that place soft jazz but I can only find high-impact/swing jazz restaurants. I understand the performer can vary so if anyone knows any place that fits the vibe that would be so helpful for my bday dinner. Thanks!
