Restaurant recommendations

Visiting for the weekend and what some food place recommendations! We’ve been wanting to try pho, seafood boils (like the ones you see on social media with the sauces and the bags and all that lo), and also a good Korean bbq (where you cook your own dishes) We have been told about Lotus, but we want to know our options. Traveling isn’t really an issue, so some honest recommendations and experiences would be super helpful! Thank you
