Restaurant owner seeks to please wide crowd with new Garden Oaks concept

Daut Elshani was cleaning the front porch of his new restaurant, d’Alba Craft Kitchen & Cocktails, when he began to repeatedly get passerby — parents with babies, pet owners walking their dogs — asking questions and offering suggestions for what kind of food Elshani might serve once he opened d’Alba.
