Restaurant for Mother’s Day

I want to take my wife out to a fancy restaurant for Mother's Day. We are not rich but I want to give her an exquisite experience. I would prefer her to be blown away by a wonderful dinner. Please give some options for where to take her out to and why. My price max is a $200 dinner. I would prefer not to go that high but that is my max. Thanks.
