Rest CJ

Even if, by some miracle, CJ is ready to play this week and gets through protocol quickly, I kinda feel like it's wise to rest him this week and give him more time to recover.

The Titans are probably the easiest team left on our schedule, and I think the team that Mills has the best chance at winning against.
