Resources for unhoused people?

So I'm not from the area, but I'm in town on a short trip. I ran into someone who seemed to recently lose housing. I didn't get many real specifics, but they had no clue where to start trying to get on their feet. I did find the The Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County (CFTH). Could anyone give me any suggestions in case I run into them again? I gave her the URL & ,211 & suggested trying to go to a library for internet access, but I was kinda clueless about how I could help. (I honest should have told them to call 211, but it didn't even occur to me that was an available option 🤦‍♀️).
