Reputable B.S. engineering programs in/around Houston area?

Hey, y'all.

I'm trying to go back to school to earn a second bachelor's degree, this time in engineering.

I'm young, naïve, and currently uninformed, so I wanted to ask y'all with more experience and relevant advice (regarding reputable and "affordable" programs) for your input.

I have a BS in Biochem, if that's relevant.
