Repsol to acquire Houston renewable energy developer ConnectGen in $768M deal
The $768 million acquisition of Houston-based ConnectGen will bring international energy giant Repsol into the U.S. onshore wind market, adding to its presence in solar and storage development, the companies said Sept. 11.
