Reporting a Complex

How do rental laws work down here in TX? I’m not sure if tenants have rights but it certainly doesn’t seem like it. I’ve been living in filth since the storms over the summer and these people have decided that I’m an abuser for coming into their office for clarification on if I’ll ever stop having toilet water splashing on my stove where I cook food ?

Vintage at 18th street is a joke. They keep LYING about completing repairs when they haven’t… I have young kids in my home and they literally have not made any attempts besides carving a hole in my ceiling…

Do I have any options or???
