rental search in montrose/midtown area, any suggestions?

hey y'all, i've lived in the webster area pretty much my whole life, my partner and i are planning to move up to the montrose/midtown area here in a couple of months when our lease is up. does anyone have any suggestions for apartments/duplexes? garage apartments, duplexes, quadplexes, anything. or suggestions for who to contact about rentals besides facebook marketplace and apartments.com? not trying to cram into something less than 600 sqft. i've been looking online but wanted to reach out to the community to see if i had any luck. thanks y'all.
