Rental Maintenance management only companies in Houston?

Hi all. We have hired an agent to list our house for lease. Are there any management companies in Houston that only provide maintenance management services? Most property management companies are only full service ones so they would want us to use them for listing the house + finding the tenant but we don’t want those services. Anyone know of such companies in Houston?
