Rent Price Question

I’m currently renting a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Independence Heights for $1650. The house is well taken care of. AC and roof are new. My landlord is planning on increasing my rent on lease renewal to $1750. Is the price increase worth it to stay, did I get a good deal, bad deal or should I negotiate? Just feel like $1650 rent was on the cheaper end for the house being so well maintained. Whenever, I had any issues with the house, they immediately fixed the issue. I even got a new stove when I told them the stove wasn’t working, no questions or bad assumptions made.
