Rent house for big party?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there are any sites or services in Houston that allow you to rent someone's house to throw a party in with up to about 30 people. I've always wanted to throw a house party but definitely cannot use my own house, so if there's anyone here that has a solution, please let me know.
