Renewing Guatemalan Passport

Has anybody tried renewing their passport at the Guatemala embassy here in Houston ? I’m finding it impossible to do so. It’s appointments only apparently, but I can’t get one online on their site, & when I call they never answer. It’s been about a month like this now. Anybody have a way to reach out ?
